For all trains and cars running inside Russia, ticket sales start 90 days in advance (for a number of trains in advance 60 or 45 days) before the train departure date.

From August 1, 2018, Russian Railways indicate on tickets the local time for each departure station. The timetable for long-distance trains at all stations and stopping points also indicates local time.

There is a time switch on the Russian Railways website too, you can choose local or Moscow time to see, if you want.
