Russia temporarily closes the pedestrian and automobile border with China due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus, at least until February 2, the closure of 16 checkpoints on the border with China for pedestrian and automobile traffic in five regions of the Far East — the Amur Region, the Jewish Autonomous Region, Khabarovsk, Primorsky and Zabaykalsky provinces.
Starting January 31, Russia will also suspend all railway connections with China, trains will move only along the route Moscow – Beijing and Beijing – Moscow. The Russian government is considering changing the regime of air traffic with China against the background of an outbreak of a new coronavirus.
